It's just after midnight and I'm sitting in my bedroom watching Dick Clark's show.
I spent the night celebrating my aunt's birthday, which was fun up until midnight when everyone went to bed.
I passed the actual New Year stone sober with no random (but hopefully cute) female to make out with. I intended to do something about that (more the sober thing than the female thing) when I got back from my aunt's house, but the bars were pretty much closed too.
Lamest New Year ever? Affirmative.
So here my New Year's resolution - never spend another New Year's Eve sober. Ever.
Currently Reading: "A Farewell to Arms" by Ernest Hemingway, "Don't Make Me Think" by Steve Krug
Line of the Day: "All thinking men are atheists."
From the iPod: "Millennium" by Robbie Williams
Latest Movie: "Knocked Up" (hits a little close to home)

Being sober on New Year's Eve sucks indeed. I think it's one of the few times of the year where people expect you to get drunk.
Meh. I slept through it all. I was also annoyed by the constant beeping of my phone from family and friends sending the obligatory "Happy New Years!" text message. I hate that.
